Email Service Management

AddisNova (internal)

Secure, professional company email running on infrastructure we control, built on Mailcow.

Email Service Management

Overview

We deployed and manage a complete email service using Mailcow, an open-source mail server suite. It gives our team branded email addresses on our own domains, with spam protection, security, webmail, and calendar in a single managed system.

Every team member gets a mailbox on the company domain instead of a generic public address. Mail is stored on servers we manage, incoming mail is filtered and scanned before it reaches anyone's inbox, domain authentication helps outgoing messages reach recipients instead of spam folders, and shared calendars and contacts stay in sync across phones and desktop mail apps — all administered from one panel.

The Challenge

A technology company depends on email for clients, contracts, and support. Hosted email plans charge per user and give limited control, while a poorly configured self-run server risks spam, lost mail, and security problems.

The AddisNova Solution

AddisNova installed Mailcow and configured it end to end: domains, mailboxes, aliases, authentication records, security policies, and backups. Mailcow bundles the proven components of a mail server, so each one works together without stitching tools by hand.

Results & Benefits

The company runs reliable, branded email with strong spam and security protection. We keep control of our data, and adding a new mailbox takes minutes.
